Description

Functional Tests Setup allows to define what core- and test extensions to load for a test case.
This is currently done via class properties, that override the parent (if any).

In order to ease addition to exisiting definitions, the extension names should no longer be provided as properties in child classes, but set in setUp() and merged with the parents.
