Currently, the header of the table contains the “Revert selection” button. Thus screen readers read “Revert selection” for the third table column. This button will be removed in https://forge.typo3.org/issues/104012

The row content is empty for assistive technologies, because the text for the tooltip of the questionmark icon is only available as data attribute and not provided for the accessible DOM. In this ticket the helping text of the question mark icon needs to be made available for assistive technologies.
