Description

At the moment the manual name is just "Core" and the name on the title page "TYPO3 Core". Neither contains "Changelog". This is confusing as we always tell ppl "Have a look in the changelog".

Also the search results on Google for TYPO3 changelog or TYPO3 Core changelog are not as good as they should be, the first hit is the changelog of version 10 for me.

I suggest to rename both titles to "TYPO3 Core Changelog"
