Because in v12, the option "USdateFormat" is removed, FormEngine does not deal with the YYmmdd options correctly: https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/73031
We need to re-introduce the possibility to configure the date format and have it visible everywhere, including FormEngine.
