Broken event binding in scheduler task edit form

Description
The buttons "Close" and "Save" may trigger misbehavior in the TYPO3 backend if the icons in the buttons are clicked. On "Close" it may happen that the backend is loaded inside the backend and on "Save" a JavaScript error is triggered.
