Description

Install a TYPO3 v13.3 instance via composer without EXT:dashboard.
On completing setup there is an option to "Create default backend user groups".

When this is checked, the install.php fails silently with the log entry

Core: Exception handler (WEB: BE): Doctrine\DBAL\Exception\InvalidFieldNameException, code #7, file /vendor/doctrine/dbal/src/Driver/API/PostgreSQL/ExceptionConverter.php, line 68: An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[42703]: Undefined column: 7 ERROR: column "availableWidgets" of relation "be_groups" does not exist

This is due to

        if (isset($permissionPreset['availableWidgets']) && is_array($permissionPreset['availableWidgets'])) {
            $mappedPermissions['availableWidgets'] = implode(',', $permissionPreset['availableWidgets']);
        }

in SetupService.php#L301 as there is no availableWidgets column, which is only created if the dashboard extension is installed in sysext/dashboard/Configuration/TCA/Overrides/be_groups.php#L6
