Undefined array key "basePath" in Typo3tempFileService line 136 using AWS FAL Driver

Description
Scanning temporary files in the maintenance module can lead to the PHP Warning Undefined array key "basePath" in typo3/cms-install/Classes/Service/Typo3tempFileService.php line 136
This happens only when using a FAL Driver that has no basePath configuration like for example the AWS S3 Driver from EXT:aus_driver_amazon_s3
