Description

Hello team,
I know this is usually working, but now during my checking of your great work on version 13 (13.2.1) I got an issue.

I created a new page (Link to external URL), but then I changed my mind and I wanted to convert it into Shortcut, but after prompt, that the window would be reloaded and I agreed I got another new prompt that the page cannot be saved, because I haven't filled all mandatory data (URL field).

I have no problem to fill it, but I have to report it for you if you haven't seen it.
