DOCS: Wrong example for EXT:form declaring module TypoScript

Hello,
in docs I found an example where TypoScript will be declared in ext_localconf.php directly:
https://docs.typo3.org/c/typo3/cms-form/main/en-us/I/Concepts/Configuration/Index.html#concepts-configuration-yamlregistration-backend
I would prefer declaring it with addTypoScriptSetup() instead.
