Migrate var_dump HTML debug-output to use <details> + <summary> in
order to avoid checkbox-hacks for tree-collapsing and to allow the
usage of the following browser features:

links will auto-open nested trees
(makes workarounds like #105013 unnecessary)
browser search can find entries
