Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a content element with RTE, e.g. "Text" from EXT:fluid_styled_content.
  2. Check loaded resources.
Also:
  1. Create custom RTE config with custom contentCss file path
  2. Load the RTE in backend, e.g. via "Text" CE.
  3. Change something within CSS
  4. Load the backend

TYPO3 does not process the file path with respecting versionNumberInFilename settings.
