Manual needs new screenshots and text since we now use 2 tabs in the module

Description
I updated 3 screenshots and change some texts to reflect the usage of tabs.
Please review, proofread and add it to SVN once it looks ok.
Aslo: Do we really need the /doc/manual.txt file ?

The official notes are also made for the official documents provided in the Core. In contrast there are other notes for official translations and so on.
@ Patrick: There is no diff view for binary files in SVN. That is what the txt file gives you. You can create the file by choosing Save As > Text (coded) and choose UTF-8 and Unix linebreaks.
