Description

Replace t3lib_div:fixed_lgd and t3lib_div::fixed_lgd_pre calls by t3lib_cs::crop calls with the current charsets. This avoids display bugs in many backend modules.

t3lib_div:fixed_lgd has a new counterpart t3lib_div:fixed_lgd_cs which is used by the Core. So it's not an issue any more.
