When I try to add a new content element on top of the list view of content elements, I get an error 404:
The requested URL /typo3/typo3/sysext/cms/layout/db_new_content_el.php was not found on this server.
It seems that the main path typo3/ isn't set correctly in this case. Any other way of creating a new content element works fine.
