Description

I thought it would be a neat thing to make access to the extension manuals more easy by automatically making the manual icons in the extension manager a link to the manual.sxw - one just would have to cklick the icon instead of switching the dropdown to 'Edit files' and then klcik on the line with the manual.

There is now a manual icon in the EM list views.
