debugging some problems with display of sys_history:
'class.show-rechis.php'
run by script
'show-rechis.php'
never loads $TCA itself.
for example If no extension is installed that somehow makes sure t3lib_div::loadTCA("tt_content") is called somewhere there is no chance to see record-history fpr tt_content. ;)
didn't dig into other tables, usually never had any serious problems. I ran across it in a "really naked" dummysite with just "core-Modules" loaded.
occurs in FE as well I assume.

TYPO3 Version too old.
The reported version is no longer maintained.
If this bug still persists in 4.0.1, please re-open it again and set the field "Product Version" to the corresponding version.
