bold selection in RTE not visible in FE

Description
use 0.4.28, and just noticed that when selecting a word and try to make it bold, that it does turns bold in the RTE in the BE, but the word doesn't turn bold in the FE. (both IE and FF). Used minor icon features selected, don't know it that is relevant though

Please provide more probloem documentation: source html code, Page TSConfig, etc.
What browser is used in the BE?
I cannot reproduce this problem.

Stan, can you send me your email adres, then I can give you a BE login username and password, and additional info so you can see for yourself.

As they say, this not a bug but a feature.
Given your setup, you have two options:
Option 1. In your TypoScript template setup, set:
tt_content.text.20.parseFunc.nonTypoTagStdWrap.encapsLines.addAttributes.P>
Option 2. In your page TSConfig, set:
RTE.default.useCSS=0
