use checkboxes not to delete an entry field

Description
When there is a checkbox in front of an edit field, this should do the job of activating (turn on or off) the funcitionality, when it is checked (like in almost all existing applications on the world). An it is left clicked with the mouse it shall get activated. And the entry field should not get deleted, probably inactive, when the checkbox gets unchecked.

TYPO3 Version too old.
The reported version is no longer maintained.
If this bug still persists in 4.0.1, please re-open it again and set the field "Product Version" to the corresponding version.

Still present in TYPO3 4.0.1 e.g. setting the domain for a frontend user group.
Unfortunately I do not have the right to change the TYPO3 version number for this incident. So please do this for me.

I think it's the best thing if you discuss this in the HCI newsgroup.
It is not a bug and can't be changed just straightforward, therefore I suggest to close the bug until you have made a decision about this together with the HCI team.
