list-Modul/clipboard#1,2,3 does not allow recursive Delete

Description
When the advanced clipbaord is opened in list-modul it is possible to put a check next to each record to select it for an action. the action can be transfer to clipboard, delete or edit.
when you choose delete it wont be possible to delete pages if they have subpages and you will get an appropriate warning.
This happens also in the settings of the user "recirsive delete" has been set ans works on single pages.
I assume that TCEMain->deleteTree won't get set when invoked this way?
