Description

Due the hardcoded doctype declaration it's not possible to use the same doctype across the whole site.
showpic.php should recognize the settings inside typo3.
Also it would be nice to have the chance to configure how to render that page, eg. show link on the bottom.

Maybe a stupid question, but why would one insist on using the same doctype throughout the site? showpic.php does "almost nothing", so the doctype seems rather irrelevent, no?
