IN the backend area for file list, in the fileadmin/images area. When i have my mouse over the image links it says its http://nveid.com/~nveid/typo3/file_list.php?id=%2Fvar%2Fwww%2Fusers%2Fnveid%2Ffileadmin%2Fimages%2F#. However when i click on it.. it takes the ~nveid/ part off.. so it just goes to http://nveid.com/fileadmin/images/cascadedmenu4.gif..
This happened both when i tried the quickstart package, and its occuring again now with the testsite package. All my configuration seems to be correct, and i have no other path errors besides that
