Description

somehow you managed to put in some code to manipulate the user.js
preferences file automatically so the security-access to the clipboard
(ctrl+c ctrl+v) will be enabeld for the site by installing some kind of
plugin into mozilla.

While this has been working at some time it is not working in current
1.0.3 and 1.0.4 FF.

There is the heade-line in the browser saying ~ "firefox prevented this
site from installing an extension" and it will show a button to change
preferences for the whitelisted install-sites.

However this button is not working. :-<
Quick test showed that even whitelisting 'localhost' didn't help either.

Firefox 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 on *nix
