Description
When checking collapsed borders, the borders becomes correctly collapsed. But this is forgotten when you edit the table again.
1. Add a new table.
2. Check "Collapsed borders"
3. Hit OK.
4. Edit the table again.
5. Notice the collapsed borders is not checked anymore.
6. Click OK.
7. Notice collapsed borders dissapear.

I have since tested this with Firefox and it does remember the option. So this issue seems only to be related to Internet Explorer.
