TCAdefaults.pages.doktype is not recognized by the wizard "Create new pages"

Description

When setting this in your user-TSconfig, all new pages are of type "advanced" which is cool:

TCAdefaults.pages {
doktype = 2
}

But the wizard "Create new pages" in Module "Functions" ignores that setting.

Would be nice, if the wizard would take TCAdefaults-Options into affect, wouldn't it?

It's not only TCAdefaults.pages.doktype, but ALL TCAdefaults.pages options which gets ignored when using "Create multiple pages"..
