"Update EM_CONF" possible, when Extension is deleted

Description
If you delete an Extension in the extManager via "DELETE EXTENSION FROM SERVER" the Link in Update EM_CONF "Update extension EM_CONF file" is still active.
If you klick it, a weird "error" message shows up:
Extension: xyz (xyz)
plus the select-box, where you can choose eg. "Dump DB" and all that.
You can go back to the overview as normal. So it's a small tweak. But if you have time for that ;)
