Description

on click on restricted language flag the record duplicates itself, and when you click on the duplicated record's language flag (any of them) the following error occurs:

1: Localization failed; Source record contained a reference to an original default record (which is strange)!

this happens in my "standard" kickstarter extension, no files modified (yet)

I just found out that "limit to language" in the user settings doesnt do anything - even restricted languages can be edited and pagecontent can be created

Would be nice if anybody of the "Cores" :-) can take a look at all those "limit to language" problems. We (Steve and me) can help you create a list of all bugs.
