Description
This is not a bug, but more of a feature request(Altough it has been bugging me since I started using TYPO3).
I want to be able to set the default langauge for my site, eg. in the root TS template. This would mean that in the locallang.* files the label "default" will disappear and default would be determined by $conf (read: TS).
(issue imported from #M1556)

User has gone away and the default will not be changeable in locallang files. The tag "default" means English, and the defaullt langauge of a site can be defined.
