Description

When uploading a file through fileadmin and referencing to that file in the page headers "Files" field it acts like an upload to uploads/media/ folder.

On screenshot bottom.gif is referenced to, but TYPO3 uploads bottom.gif to uploads/media/ folder.

The problem only occur if the same file is referenced to in 2 or sometimes more page headers.

And TYPO3 seems to stop uploading to uploads/media/ folder when a total of 3 files exist in uploads/media/ (bottom_01.gif, bottom_02.gif, bottom_03.gif).
After that, when trying to reference to the real bottom.gif, TYPO3 is looping through the 3 files each time the page header is saved.

Both IE and Firefox have the problem.
