Description

Receive the following on fresh installation. Have checked installation for perm's and links. I have also searched the mail list and found nothing. Group/Owner are correct. I can browse the directory using file:/// but have not turned on ftp for the browser (Firefox). Many, many other CMS's have installed successfully. ================================
You don't have permission to access /t3_dummy/typo3/install/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
