Description

I've just downloaded the files for typo3 4.0beta1 and found a database.sql file with 0 byte!

(issue imported from #M2099)

I agree, this is an error caused by a change in the package generator. Attached is the correct database.sql, the problem will be solved in the next release.

Maybe there will still not be a database.sql in Beta2 anymore - it's planned that the 1-2-3 installer can automatically calculate the missing dependencies...

For now, the problem is solved.

Finally, the attached patch makes the database.sql file unneccessary!
