Making new page/element with right-click in page tree gives Fatal error when Norwegian used as backend language

Description
Trying to make a new page/element with right-click page in page tree and then on new is giving following error message.
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /var/www/html/typo3_src-4.0beta1/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 3307.
The error only appears when Norwegian is used as backend language. Only tested with Norwegian and English.
OS: Fedora Core 4
Apache 2.0.54
PHP 5.0.4
TemplaVoila 0.5.0 CVS
MySQL 4.1.16

Hi,
the issue has to appear with every language different than english I think - from looking at the code.

I couldn't reproduce the error but I changed the line in question so it can't happen again.

It works OK in beta2. In beta1 it was a periodic error. Think the bug can be closed.
