Description
After upgrading to 1.1.1 placing an image <img> into a table cell will elimiate this image each time the display is updated by saving or switching from/to code view (<>).
<img> was no problem with version 1.0.1.
Going back to 1.1.0 -> problem still exists
Going back to 1.0.1 -> problem solved, placing Images works again.

With version 1.1.1, in the installation dialog:
If you select Default configuration settings "Typical" or "Advanced", images are not enabled by default and wil be removed on save.
When using the "Typical" configuration settings, you can also check "Enable images in the RTE".
If you select the "Demo" configuration settings, images will be preserved.
