Administration log and Page information show inconsistent user

Description
In the Administration log the user that performed some action is shown as f.i. "22451lti@eur.nl@Draft" and in Page information as "[101]@Draft",. To get some consistency and usability into that it seems most logical to use priorities lile:
1. Real name (Name)
2. username [id]
In the case there is no Real Name the "username [id]" is shown. This seems the most usable solution.

This issue was fixed in TYPO3 4.2.0.
