Feature #15532
closedremove class="bodytext"
0%
Description
Every paragraph is classed with
.
This is useless and bad practice. For new TYPO3 installations it should not added - jus a
is enought.
It should be in the update wizard in the install tool to make it possible to keep the class="bodytext" for compatibility reasons.

A least you can get rid of that class by adding the following line to the Setup TS in the template:
lib.parseFunc_RTE.nonTypoTagStdWrap.encapsLines.addAttributes.P >
Sure you will know that already, but perhaps someone else finds this note usefull.

NO! This is heavily used. DO NOT remove, it will break compatibility for many sites out there!
Specifing classes for P elements is GOOD practice. Read CSS Zen Garden at least...

This is a topic for discussion and not a bug.
Please discuss this in the Content Rendering newsgroup on lists.netfielders.de.
