Description

The 'Review and Publish' button in Workspace Manager, shows rollover artifacts. On rollover the is a jump noticeable in underlying conte, due to the fact that the rollover effect needs more space.

If you move your mousepointer to bottom 'Review ad Publish' button, you'll notice a 1 pixel space that cause the constant switching of rollover effect (button hovers back and forth). The adjacent 'Workspace List' button works fine though.
