Description
After login with guest/guest i get the following:
Error: This host address ("t3skin.spreekonzept.com") and the referer host ("") mismatches!
It's possible that the environment variable HTTP_REFERER is not passed to the script because of a proxy.
The site administrator can disable this check in the "All Configuration" section of the Install Tool (flag: TYPO3_CONF_VARS[SYS][doNotCheckReferer]).

This is not a bug.
Your browser has to pass the referrer to the webserver @ spreekonzept. Obvuiously it does not (in Opera you can select this), or you use a proxy/firewall/Privoxy that filters the referrer. In that case you get the error message.

Second:
I tried to call Thomas Murphy so could set the checkbox "Do Not Check Referer" but didn't get a call back by now.
I thought closing the "bug" without any feedback might be a bit harsh...

I believe that the login is not neccessary anymore. Otherwise please reopen or get in touch with Thomas Murphy directly. (After all it's a configuration issue and not a TYPO3 bug.)
