I hope that you could have time to think, what configuration options you could take into the core, which I mention in
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/tm_contentaccess/current/view/1/3/
The layout of Typo3 is not possible to get optimal without some extra interface control.

Link no longer working, so it's not clear, which options are meant.
But since they are already available in an extension and since noone responded to this for more than 4 years(!) I think this can be closed as won't fix.
