TYPO3 Core

while trying to check for LZW capabilities on my imagemagickinstall (after it searched and found imagemagick) using the new beta3 the installtool gave the following error message
"No gfx/typo3logo.gif file!"
on line 1832 of typo3/sysext/install/mod/class.tx_install.php there is made a check if the logofile exists under the gfx folder of the t3lib but there is no folder like that anymore (due to symlinkremoval i think :-))
