GDlib TrueType tests fail with working GM version available.

Description
The two tests "Render text with TrueType font" and "Render text with TrueType font using 'niceText' option" output grey squares; the page head is full of multiple iterations of these three error messages:

The same settings worked in 4.0beta2, and everything that I've tested with the IMAGE and GIFBUILDER TS objects WORKS in the FE--including GIFBUILDER objects where the font file is not specified.
