Description
With TYPO3 3.8.1, as far as I remember, I could simply add a backend 'admin' account and enter a new password for it. Now it refuses to do so with an error message of already existing account. It does not even accept it if the admin account has been deleted with 'deleted=1'.
It would be helpful to be able to change the admin password and those of the other backend users in the Install Tool.

No, it never overwrote an existing admin account.
Besides that, the install tool is not the place to manage your BE users. One can always create a new (temporary) BE user with it, if needed to edit anything else. Let's keep things simple and where they belong...
