RTEkeyList=* does not show all icons.
so these two settings do not produce the same result:
RTEkeyList=*
and
RTEkeyList=cut,copy,paste,formatblock,fontstyle,fontsize,bold,italic, underline,left,center,right,orderedlist,unorderedlist,outdent, indent,line,link,table,image,textcolor
not correct in the help-file.

RTEkeyList is a User TSConfig property that restricts the user to the buttons in the list. If you set RTEkeyList=*, there is no restriction. However, this does not mean that all buttons will be shown, because they may not all be configured in Page TSConfig.
