Top frame menu missing CSS for highlighted icon

Description
Some HL styles are missing for the alternative menu in the top frame, like
TABLE#typo3-topMenu TR TD.c-menu A.c-subitem-HLthat shows which option is active (like by adding a border or setting a different background color for the top frame icon).
Furthermore an additional hover style might be nice, like
TABLE#typo3-topMenu TR TD.c-menu A.c-subitem:hoveras used in extension skin_grey_2
Note that, to see this (not) work in 4.0 RC1, one needs to patch alt_topmenu_dummy.php for some TDs are missing in the top frame menu. Without this patch the top frame menu icons are not rendered on one line in IE, and are rendered without the desired classes information in both IE and Firefox. ...not sure where the "then" refers to, has anything changed?
Nevertheless: I've learned that the upcoming 4.2 will no longer really support this way of navigating (see bug 7219 at http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=7219 which is marked as "won't fix" -- too bad, and yes, that bug number resembles the number of this very bug, wow!).
So I guess one can set this very bug to "won't fix".

Yes, I was referring to the new 4.2 release with a new backend interface.
OK. I'll close this one soon then.
Are you using this way of navigating mainly?

Should be set to resolved, won't fix: This does not exist in 4.2 and will not be fixed in earlier releases because its not a security issue.
