Description

The EM gives the opportunity to ignore dependencies on installation of Extensions.

However the dependencies are checked as well, when deinstalling that extension afterwards. It shows again the Dependency Error Screen. One can check to ignore the dependencies but still there is no chance to deinstall the Extension.

for example tt_news does have some PHP and TYPO3-version dependencies that are not met (but most likely not critical). Installation by ignoring works fine. Deinstallation is not possible.

This is not about deinstalling an extension, that another Extension might have set to depend on.
