If I preview the page from TYPO3 BE then Admin Panel work normally. With this way, URL looks like domain.com/index.php?id=[id]
However, if I have config.admPanel=1 and go directly to FE (so URL looks like domain.com) then admin panel is shown, but doesn't work (misses id GET param) and 404 page is shown in FE (depending, of course, how 404 is configured).
Might be deal with #15786 and #15786

Can you try the current CVS version (tag TYPO3_4-0 or HEAD)? I think that we now add the id parameter if it's missing.
