Description
There is a constant which is set by default containing "page", which is needed for frames, so that internal links are shown in the correct frame.
However, as more than 99% of the websites are without frames, I'd suggest to change this for version 4.0.1 with the right change in the compatibility wizard to provide backwards compatibility.

Defaults in css_styled_content nowadays is blank (since 4.2.0).
