Description

If i create a content element with a double low-quote save that and then select it and press crtl+C to copy and then create a second content element and press crtl+v, then my double low-quotes are transformed to „" or "„

I cannot reproduce this behaviour in latest trunk. Do you still encounter this issue?

This may be browser-dependant?

Could not reproduce in Firefox 3.6.3.

It may be necessary to have the BE utf-8 encoded for these quoting characters to be correctly handled.

See issue #14415 for way to insert language-dependant quotes in the RTE.
