RTE htmlArea: Remove formatting does not remove non-breaking spaces and pop uwindow still too small.

Description
Using the rtehtmlarea 'Remove formatting' function on a formatted text does not remove ' '
I expect this function to remove all kind of code from the source text, even html entities,
or at least replace a with a normal space.
Like reported in issue 0002229, the upcoming pop window still ist too small in firefox.

additional to the window size:
when the popup appears, the width seems to be correct. it is too small AFTER being centered to the screen.
Suggestion: just do not center the window on the screen and check the size.

The window size was fixed quite a while ago.
A new option is added to remove non-breaking spaces: Committed to SVN TYPO3core trunk (revision 7097) as part of issue #13796 (for TYPO3 4.4).
