RTE lost text formatting after copy past

Description

If i copy for example a h1 text part and than past it in the next line, the hole text lost the formatting.

TYPO3 4.0.1
htmlarea 1.4.1
Apache 2.0.54
PHP 4.3.10-16

on PHP 5 it seems working

Well, I don't think that this is a PHP-related problem. The RTE is completely rendered by JavaScript-code, so no PHP is invoked when pasting text into the editor.

Well, it could be related to PHP if the server-based cleaning on paste was configured.

I am closing this issue as it is reported to be fixed by moving to PHP5 and PHP 5 is now a requirement for TYPO3 4.2 and 4.3.
