Link to TSconfig not working

Description
When you edit a page-header in the Backend and click on the "TS" button right to the TS Config-field, a new window opens. In the window, there's a link to the TSconfig-manual on typo3.org. This link is incorrect: it points to http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/doc_core_tsconfig/, what should rather be http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/references/doc_core_tsconfig/current/
Either a redirect on typo3.org is installed, or this is fixed within the Backend code - possibly it would be best to do both... ;)

As this seems to be one of the real easy-to-fix-problems, I have created a patch and commited it - and I hope it works for all of you ;)
