Description

Typo3 should support time zones.

Instead, it always uses time() function and depends on system time and settings:

'serverTimeZone' setting in config_default.php is not used in Typo3 source code. Anyway, this would not be right solution, since there are time zones with daylight saving time.

Seems like this is a pretty old issue which got fixed in 4.2.0 already. If not, please reopen.
